This set featured a painted drop which was starched and then painted upright on the paint frame. There were two sizes of tiles in the show, for which we drafted and 3D printed custom stamps for. The stamps were used to provide templates for us to fill in color and add texture onto. High gloss white trim lined majority of the set. The archways and walls were textured with a hopper gun to produce the stucco treatment. This scenic goop mixture consisted of joint compound, sawdust, water, white glue, Flexbond, and paint. There was a tight turnaround for this set; majority of it was painted in a week and a half.
